Ingredients
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp simple syrup
- 1/2 c cold water
- 3/4 c watermelon, blended
- 1/4 tsp rosemary, roughly chopped
- Ice cubes

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
- To make simple syrup, simply combine 1 c water and 1 c granulated sugar in a pot and bring to a summer until all sugar has dissolved.

- Place in a container and chill in the fridge. This will last two to three weeks.
Step 3
- Place about 1 c chopped watermelon in a blender. I found it necessary to carefully press it down with a wooden spoon, so all the chunks were touching the cutting blade. Blend until smooth.

- I also grabbed a sprig of fresh rosemary from the garden, took off a few needles, and broke them up by hand. I’m thinking it was about 1/4 tsp or so.

- In a glass, combine all ingredients, stir, garnish with small slices of watermelon and lemon, and enjoy!
