Cooking Instructions

Step 1

  • Make a thick batter out of rice flour, maida flour, red chilly powder, food color and salt.

Step 2

  • Heat enough oil in a large kadai, dip the cauliflower florets in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.

Step 3

  • Heat about 2 tsp of oil in a wok, add the minced ginger and garlic, onions, bell pepper and green chilly.

Step 4

  • Stir fry for 2 mins and the fried cauliflower, now season with powdered chicken broth cube, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Length: 2 minutes

Step 5

  • Serve hot.
