- 1/3 c raw apple cider vinegar (with the "mother")
- 2/3 c extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp Maldon sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
