- ¼ cup white wine
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- ¼ cup half and half
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ¾ all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chiffonade
- ¾ half and half
