- 1 medium head of Kale, stems removed and rough chopped
- 1 small onion diced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 pound pasta -cooked according to package directions
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- salt/pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef or vegetable stock

- In a small sauce pan spray with non-stick cooking spray, add onions and cook until softened.
