- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Unsweetened desiccated coconut flakes
- 50 grams Corn oil
- 90 grams Egg
- 220 grams All-purpose flour
- 120 ml Milk
- 500 grams Canned pineapples, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 100 grams Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
- Preheat oven to 200C/400F. Sift flour then add baking powder, salt, sugar, and coconut and mix through.Beat eggs and vanilla extract well then add oil, milk and pineapple and stir well.
