Ingredients

  • 5 strips bacon, flash-fried then cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 pound brussels sprouts
  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes
  • Several garlic cloves
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • Several springs of fresh rosemary, stems removed and finely chopped
  • Sprinkle of sea salt
