  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
