  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut loin pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
