Ingredients

  • 900 g Potatoes
  • 80 g Butter
  • 120ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 2-3 Carrots
  • 500 g Lamb Mince
  • 200 g Peas
  • 500 ml Beef Stock
  • 4 Tablespoons Tomato Puree
  • 5 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Cooking Instructions


Step 1

  • Peel and dice the potatoes.Boil the potatoes until tender.Mash the potatoes with In a large frying pan, heat up a few tablespoons of oil.

  • Saute diced onion and carrots for 5 minutes before adding minced meat. Break up the meat and cook for about 5 minutes.

  • Add beef stock, tomato puree, peas and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and black pepper. Reduce the heat to low-medium and simmer for 35 mins. Taste it.

  • Add more seasoning, if needed. Now you can turn the heat off.

  • Transfer the meat mix in an oven-proof dish and top with mashed potatoes.

  • Spread evenly. You can also use a piping bag to pipe the mash over the meat to make it look fancier.
