Ingredients
- 15-oz can chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans), drained
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 c red bell pepper, roasted & chopped
- 10 black olives
