  • 15-oz can chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans), drained
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c red bell pepper, roasted & chopped
  • 10 black olives
