  • 1 tablespoon basil pesto (optional see recipe below)
  • 1 ciabatta roll
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves
  • 1 4 oz ball fresh mozzarella (sliced)
  • 1 fresh ripe tomato (sliced)

Cooking Instructions


Step 1

  • Cut roll in half.

  • Spread top of the roll with pesto.

  • Place sliced tomatoes on the bottom half of the bun.

  • Stack with sliced fresh mozzarella and basil leaves.
