  • 3/4 cup shredded gruyere cheese
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter

Cooking Instructions

  • Wash and cut cauliflower into small pieces.Cover cauliflower in a pot with chicken broth.Boil until tender.
