- 3/4 cup shredded gruyere cheese
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter

- Wash and cut cauliflower into small pieces.Cover cauliflower in a pot with chicken broth.Boil until tender.
