Ingredients

  • 4 cherries, pitted and quartered
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1/4 lime cut into wedges
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons demerara sugar
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 cup carbonated water (I used Lime flavored San Pellegrino)

Cooking Instructions


Step 1

  • Place cherries, mint, sugar and lime in a tall glass.
  • INGREDIENTS:

  • Muddle ingredients together at the bottom of the glass.

Step 3

  • Add a few ice cubes and pour in the rum.
