Ingredients
- 9 ounces package of frozen artichokes
- 8 oz. can of black olives- chopped
- 5 Large cloves of garlic – crushed& chopped
- Dashes of fresh ground black pepper
- 1 box of your favorite macaroni
- 1 box of your favorite macaroni
- Olive oil
- A few stems of fresh oregano or 3 dashes of dried oregano
- 1 bunch of Italian parsley – chopped
- Dashes of red pepper flakes
- Fresh grated Romano cheese
- Dashes of sea salt
- 5 oz. can of solid white tuna – drained and shredded
- 1 Large sweet onion – sliced
- 7 Vine ripe tomatoes – quartered
- 2 Zucchini – diced

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
- Heat a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and add the onion, garlic, parsley and zucchini.

- Let this saut a minute and then add the tomatoes, artichokes and black olives and continue to saut until everything cooks down a bit.

- Add the seasonings to taste.Prepare the macaroni as directed.

- Drizzle a little olive oil on a large serving platter. Grate some Romano cheese on the serving platter and then place the drained macaroni. Top with the sauted veggies and drained and shredded tuna. Grate some more cheese and another drizzle of olive oil.
