Ingredients
- 2 cans beef broth (How to make beef broth in a slow cooker)
- 6 large carrots, cut into big chunks
- 2 tablespoons corn starch or ¼ cup flour
- dash of pepper and garlic powder
- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
- 4 large potatoes, cut into large pieces
- 2 lbs. round steak, fat trimmed and cut into 4 – 5 oz. pieces
- 1 – 6 oz. can of tomato paste
- 2 cups of water

Step 1
- Place the meat in the pressure cooker and leave the lid off. Dust the meat with pepper and garlic powder.Brown both sides of the meat.
