At this time, we have discontinued making fruit, veggie, meat & cheese platters as well as baskets.

We do not offer curbside pickup. At Lococo’s, we specialize in fresh produce and meat. Since these items are highly based on personal preference (e.g. desired ripeness, specific cut of meat), it would be challenging for our staff to successfully administer while executing the level of customer satisfaction we strive for.

Seniors (65+) are offered a 5% discount every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Our hot foods and deli will no longer be available. We will be focusing our efforts into our customer service, store safety, and the overall quality of our fresh produce and meats.

You can receive our flyers by subscribing to our email list: Click Here to Sign Up. We have weekly specials every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our flyers are sent to our e-mail subscribers the night prior for a peek at the upcoming sales. We also hang our specials on display at several points throughout each store, so keep an eye out for them!

At Lococo’s, we accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard. Each location is fully equipped with TAP payment as well.

We have ATMs located at our Niagara Falls store and our Barton Street location in Hamilton.

Our meat processing facility is located at 92 Highland Road in Stoney Creek, Ontario, or what many call “Stone Creek Mountain.” This facility is not open to the public and is solely dedicated to supplying Lococo’s retail stores with fresh meat products. (*Please note: there has been some confusion about our affiliation with Highland Packers; they are our neighbours located at 432 Highland Road East and operate independently without any affiliation to Lococo’s).

All of our pork and chicken comes from Ontario farms. Our beef is mainly sourced from Canada, although a small amount may come from the U.S. We never use beef from outside of North America.

Yes, our salmon is farm-raised and it comes from federally inspected facilities.

Are your sausages gluten-free?
Yes, our sausages are 100% gluten-free. Our sausages are made with fresh, whole muscle, boneless pork shoulder meat along with spices. No ice nor water are used. We even use real, locally sourced honey in our honey garlic sausage.

Unfortunately, we cannot custom cut our meat. Here at Lococo's, we firmly believe that a thicker cut results in a better product and an overall more enjoyable cooking and dining experience.
