Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados, cut into long strips
  • 3 large oranges, segmented
  • 2 green onions, cut finely
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions


Step 1

  • Arrange the avocado and orange slices overlapping each other on a platter. Squeeze over the juice from the orange left after segmenting the pieces.
