Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados, cut into long strips
- 3 large oranges, segmented
- 2 green onions, cut finely
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
- Arrange the avocado and orange slices overlapping each other on a platter. Squeeze over the juice from the orange left after segmenting the pieces.
