Cooking Instructions


Step 1

  • Mix dijon mustard, maple syrup and chili powder in a bowl. Season it with a pinch of salt.

  • Brush the maple-mustard glaze on the salmon fillet.Set the broiler to high and place the salmon on top rack (must use a conventional oven). Broil for 5-6 minutes or until the glaze turns into small dark circles.Optional: compliment with a splash of lemon juice and Sriracha hot sauce.
