  • 3 cups chopped Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked chorizo
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions


Step 1

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F In a separate pan, fully cook the chorizo Oil a medium sized skillet Slice the stems off the Brussels sprouts, cut in half and add to the skillet
