Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple, juice
  • 3 carrot, chopped, (rolling cut is nice)
  • 1 fresh sprig rosemary, chopped or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary<
  • 2 clv garlic, bruised
  • 1 zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped

Cooking Instructions


Step 1

  • Heat the oil in a frypan over high heat.

  • Add the garlic and onion and cook for 2 minutes.

  • Add the carrots, rosemary and lemon zest and cook for 2 minutes more.

  • Add the apple juice and cook for 3 more minutes, until almost all of the liquid has evaporated.
