- 1 cup regular cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 8 cloves • garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
- 4 big potatoes

- Boil the potatoes until soft, drain and whip or mash.Blend cottage cheese and evaporated milk
- Add crushed garlic and seasoning
- Add cottage cheese mixture to the potatoes and stir.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
