  • 6 ounces cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 ounces feta or goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary
