Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut into halves
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cut into a wedge
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced

  • Cook bacon in a large pan. When done place on a paper towel to drain. Once cool, proceed to crumble the pieces.
