Ingredients

  • ½ bell pepper – chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 5 ears of fresh corn – quick boil and sliced from the cob
  • ½ cup of fresh basil – chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic – chopped
  • ½ jalapeño – chopped with seeds
  • ¼ red onion - chopped
  • salt, black pepper - to taste
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 sweet pickle
  • 1 vine ripe tomato - diced
  • ¼ cup vinegar
