- 1/2 pack Japanese curry sauce or to taste
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 pieces onions, diced
- 1/2 pound pork cutlets
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- rice, for serving
- 8 cups of water

- Cook pork in a pan with oil; set aside
