Ingredients
- • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- • 1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/4 cup of coriander leaves- chopped
- 200 g green beans
- • Oil for fry
- • 1 -2 Red Chilli
- • 2 tbsp Red Curry Paste
- salt
- • 2 Spring Onion, Chopped
- • 300 g White Fish Fillets, Uncooked

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
- Add fish fillets, egg, fish sauce, corn flour, red curry paste, red chillies and coriander leaves in blender. Blend it until combined and turns in to the thick paste.
